Your site mentions effective leadership, and I believe you did a good job of defining what effective leadership looks like and its importance. I would like to recommend adding a paragraph or two describing the correlation and benefits of authentic leadership as well. George et al (2007) describe authentic leadership as those who "demonstrate a passion for their purpose, practice their values consistently, and lead with their hearts as well as their heads." (pg. 130) Being an authentic leader can be viewed as a pillar to being an effective leader. This excerpt is one of my favorites stating, "Think of your life as a house. Can you knock down the walls between the rooms and be the same person in them?" (George et al, 2007)
