How do you respond back to a classmate about Your presentation was detailed, contained valuable examples, explanations and data and provided an in-depth insight into the different components of managing organizational change. One addition that I would make to the presentation is how organizations can use the DICE framework in order to assess the success of a change initiative (Palhais, 2024). DICE stands for duration, integrity, commitment and effort and each element is helping leaders determine the stage of readiness for the change initiative. By generating a DICE score, leaders can predict whether or not a change initiative lies in the Win Zone, the Worry Zone or the Woe Zone (Palhais, 2024). This framework is very valuable, because it measures soft elements of change management, such as required skills, effective and purposeful communication and feedback from employees with hard evidence. This helps leaders realistically see which areas need to be strengthened before launch the initiative. While the models and frameworks that you mentioned in your presentation are excellent tools that give leaders a tangible plan on HOW to enact change, the DICE framework let's them know if it is the right time or not.
