How Does last year's Dobbs v. Jackson case have an impact on the right to privacy? We could of course debate the rights and wrongs of abortion, however I would like a broader view of this issue. The Dobbs case declared abortion not a constitutional right and therefore not a federal right. The majority of the court also does not hold that there exists a right to privacy based on the penumbra of the First, Third, Fourth, Fifth, and Ninth Amendments empowered by the 14th Amendment. Will this belief be extended into other areas of human rights mentioned in this week's readings? Please comment and discuss
