Background information: I am instructed to plan a project, I selected doing an overhaul of the tourism& hospitality program that I am in as many students have been complaining because they switched to digital learning once covid hit but kept the same curriculum and it is not working for the students. I have come up with the following options:
1. Stick to digital learning but make the curriculum digital learning-friendly
2 Go back to the old way the program was done ( have heard from many students it wasn't much better then and the curriculum really didn't match what they needed to succeed in the field)
