How is a partnership managed?

Each partner has one vote in management matters based on the proportional size of the partner$$s interest in the firm, with a unanimous vote controlling decisions on both ordinary matters connected with partnership business and decisions that significantly change the nature of the partnership or that are outside the ordinary course of the partnership business.
