The CASH Campaign of Maryland promotes economic advancement for low-to-moderate income individuals and families in Baltimore and across Maryland. CASH accomplishes its mission through operating a portfolio of direct service programs, building organizational and field capacity, and leading policy and advocacy initiatives to strengthen family economic stability. What are the challenges to the community organization in being most effective in reaching its goals? In the article I chose it discusses the challenges community organizations face because of resource constraints. "Nonprofits are driven by the need to mobilize resources due to lack of adequate resources to implement their programs and provide services" (Schmid and Almog-Bar, 2020). This organization works with the community daily and it can be hard to provide human resources while still seeking and gaining resources to continue providing care.
