how is this " Alejandro stated that he was confused as to why his wife called the police after 16 years together. He stated that they didn't have any domestic violence before. He said during the incident he had come from eating with his son Alexander. I asked Alejandro if he was drinking the night of the alleged incident. He stated that he hadn't been drinking and that he doesn't drink often at all. He was adamant that nothing happened at the house. He further expressed that there was no abuse. He iterated that this whole situation was crazy. When I read him the allegations, he stated that he did not push his wife-soon to be ex-wife. Alejandro said that he spends time with his children every day. He said, "his children are his world." He stated that he didn't do anything wrong nor did he hit anyone. Alejandro admitted that he was having an affair which caused a lot of tension in his home. The affair was with his oldest son's girlfriend's mother. He wants it to just be about the kids. He said that he wasn't trying to get to his son but express his love for his son. He said that he did go into the house, but he didn't assault anyone. He was adamant that he went into the house to simply speak to his son, Andrew, who had been distant with his dad since the affair was made public. I asked him did his wife allow him entry to the house. He said that he just followed his son inside the house. He admitted that it was the wrong time because tension was high due to the affair
