how is this " I was informed by the worker, Jamal Pugh in Buffalo, New York that he previously made the request for a Fort Bend County worker to go out on this out of state concern. Worker Pugh informed me that the investigator on the case was last named Hidalgo. I called Juan Hidalgo to inquire if he was previously assigned to go out on the Ariel Thompson case. Juan confirmed that he was assigned, however, he was out soon after making contact and interviewing Ariel Thompson. He attempted to make contact with worker Jamal Pugh and did not receive a call back or any follow up. Investigator Hidalgo initially went out on an attempt of the intake concerns on 6/20/2025. Juan made face to face contact with the Ariel Thompson and Delilah Portorreal on 7/15/2025
