How should i respond to this post? After watching the verbatim video, this is an oral deposition "A deposition that is taken out of court, prior to trial, under oath, and may be admissible as evidence, or parts of it may be admissible."

In the video, the attorney is trying to reach an understanding of the term photocopier with his client. Seems like the client had a general understanding of the term but wanted clarification as to what the attorney was referring to. Instead, the attorney continued questioning him and wanting him to admit that he wasn't familiar with the term photocopier. Throughout the duration of the video it seemed as though the attorney was belittling the client. Eventually, the client expressed that his knowledge of the term was as a Xerox machine. As an attorney, you should do more research on the topic as there could be multiple answers to the questions being asked. So it is essential to really get to know your client and speak on a level that everyone can better understand.
