How to create 4 cascading/dependent drop down lists in Excel with following criteria:

1) the list items are multiple words/sentences and not single word (INDIRECT function can only be used for single words, need other ideas to implement complete sentences in drop down lists)

2) Validations such that if any one drop down is changed the other selections in the remaining three drop down lists should clear off or give an error telling the user to re-select the remaining 3 lists

It will be really helpful if someone can create it or show how to make it Please and thank you
