1. Identify a project management professional from within your circles: family, friends, workplace, community, or professional network.
2. Approach the professional on permission to interview.
3. Schedule an interview via phone or video conferencing.
4. Complete Sections 1 - 4 using APA reference style.

   • Length of project management experience (in years)
   • Current location of the interviewee (City)
   • Q1: How did you get into project management?
   • Q2: What are your typical daily activities working as a project manager?
   • Q3: What are the top three project management skills that are important to be an effective project manager?
   • Q4: What has been your biggest challenge working in this field?
   • Q5: What has been your biggest reward?
   • Q6: What tools, kits, or software do you use for project management?
   • Q7: How will a new world of virtual teams and remote work shape project management?
   • Q8: What advice will you give to a person starting a career in project management or seeking to improve?
   • Q9: If you had to rate project management skills as an essential capability for organizations, from 1-10, how would you rate it's relevance in 10 years? Why?
   • Q10: What is your recommendation for responding to changes and conflicts on projects?
   • Q11: Add a question of your choice. Questions may be a follow-up to earlier responses.
