The project manager should understand the stakeholder's needs and expectations for his decision$-$making so that desired outcomes are achieved. So$,$ it is important for the project's success to understand the stakeholder's nature, and tailor the communication as per their requirements. Because different stakeholders will have different perspectives on the project, tailoring communication will help align them toward common intent and work as a team, which benefits the project's success. In my case, before starting communication with stakeholders I would do research on them to familiarize myself with their goals and objectives, and in case something is not clear we can have an open discussion with them to clear all our doubts and get clarification and then align towards a common goal. I always aim to collaborate with the team and get their input and support to attain success in the project. Every project is unique. Forcing all projects to be on the same framework is one of the major causes of project failure. One$-$size fits all communication approach results in potential risk by eliminating customization, failure to provide expected service, detachment from the project, promoting misunderstanding, and encouraging miscommunication.
