Upon reveiw of the video on Ted Talks Brene Brown, I think we all have made decisions based on fear and or emotions as some point in time within our organization or business. Decision making isn't always going to be easy but one should at least seek others advise before making their decision. We should at least weigh our options and consider how our decision will affect others within our organization. As a client service manager, I involve my team in my decision making, especially if I am not sure what to do. For me its very important that they are involved and informed about the decision that I will be making. There is no "I" in team. We must work together and ensure that every decision is made in the best interest of of the team. We must embrace our vunerabilities as leaders in the workplace.
