After a long day at work she is ready to go home and does not bother to open or read the email. Over the weekend, Rob finds Mia's phone number. Keen to arrange for collection of the vans, Rob calls Mia on Monday morning, only to be told that the special deal is no longer available. Rob insists that an agreement was made on Friday and that he is entitled to the 20% discount. Did Rob and Snowman Vans enter into a legally binding agreement on Friday? Explain why or why not.
