The proposal must be written under these headings:

INTRODUCTION State the objectives (why your help is needed) State the project goals plus any constraints or conditions

ASSUMED RESOURCES list all the resources needed, including your staff

SCHEDULE AND DEPENDENCIES discuss the project dependencies and list the tasks on critical path and methods used to shorten the critical paths
