How would you categorize the three requests (as a portfolio, program, or project) and why?

Request 1 The Blue Sky physicians group has identified that COVID-19 has created fear among their older patients, who are now reluctant to come to the office for check-ups and care for chronic and acute illnesses. The physicians need a way to virtually connect with their patients. The solution must allow for video calls, the capture of patient complaints and physician visit notes, and provide front-office staff with the ability to schedule follow-up tests and/or future appointments at the end of the virtual session.

Request 2 Blue Skys Security Officer has informed Chris Connor that the organization does not have the appropriate level of security protocols in place to prevent outside access (hacking) to patients electronic data, prevent inappropriate in-office access to the companys physical assets, and required regulatory security awareness training. All three situations need immediate attention and resolution. Concurrently, Human Resources has reported an increase in employees allowing visitors to walk around the facility without being escorted, which has resulted in several instances of non-employees found in areas where sensitive patient data is stored. HR would like more stringent access protocols enacted.

Request 3 The Board has decided to launch a new remote monitoring medical service for high-risk patients with cardiac diseases. This service must not compete with other chronic care services offered by the firm but must compliment those products. Approval has been received from the Chairman of the Board to modify any existing products and services as needed to ensure the new product and existing ones complement each other. The goal of the company is to be the number one provider in the industry for patients with chronic, high-risk illnesses.
