How would you go about planning for your organization for their return to a physical office particularly as we keep hearing of new variants developing that are easier to spread or deadlier? What would you do to prepare the organization and the staff to return to work in a physical office space. Or do you return to physical office space and how do you handle alternative work formats going forward. How do you deal with these challenges in light of your organization, its employees, and of course your customers?
