After reading this week's lesson, I would have to choose the sole proprietorship type of business organization. I would choose this business organization mainly because of how easy it would be to start or end the business. I currently work four-tens, and I could quickly begin a tree removal or stump grinding business on the side. By creating a sole proprietorship, the paperwork to get started would be minimal and easy to complete, also not having to pay any special business taxes such as the double taxation that comes with having a corporation. A significant consideration with choosing a sole proprietorship business organization is unlimited liability. Being solely responsible for any damages or debts is an essential factor to consider when choosing this type of business structure. Another factor to consider would be the amount of time that goes into running a sole proprietorship business.
