How would you tied this statement into this reading
When in a position of power, you're more likely to focus on the potential payoff than risky behavior or the potential dangers, Halvorson explains. "If you aren't a particularly good judge of when to take a risk, power can get you into big trouble."
Tell a story about a time when you have had to pay the price of leadership. What was the most difficult part of that experience for There was a time when I was left in charge of running the building for a day. I run all the afterschool programs at my school and there was a time when a fight broke out in one the programs and a student got their nose broke. This particular program was one of the programs that the students really enjoyed. After we did our investigation on what happen in the program the student that got his nose broke belonged in the program the student that hit him in the nose didnt belong in the program. They were arguing over a seat which the student that belonged in the program had every right to claim his seat. The instructor allowed the student to stay that particular day. The instructor knows that we have a policy that needs to be followed for the safety of the students and the school. This was a major issue the instructor was fired and the program was closed down. I was crititzed by other staff members on how I did my job. I also had parents that came up to the school talking about me for closing the program down. I felt bad for the decisions that I had to make but the instructor had put the school at risk and we are responsible for every student that stays after school. All parents have to sign permission slips in order for the students to attend programs afterschool. The parents are trusting us to keep their student safe no matter what. This could have been avoided if he hadnt allowed the other student in his program. Plus, I was also given orders from my boss to shut the program down.
