She asks you how she should address the situation. Respond to the manager and explain the importance of socialization during the onboarding phase. Also, provide at least two suggestions for the manager to implement, including the rationale for the suggestions. Finally, coach the manager on how to check in with the new hires to determine whether the plan is working.
