H&S Limited (the “Company”) is a translation company providing professional translation services for commercial customers. By nature of its business, the Company needs to employ individuals from different backgrounds who are good at languages to perform the translation work. In view of the different wage levels back in their home countries, the Company offers different salary packages to employees from different race.
Nawaz has been working in the Company for one year, providing English-Pakistani translation services on commercial contracts. He got married last Christmas and is happy to know that his wife recently got pregnant.
Nawaz subsequently found out that the salary for employees from different race is different even though the employees are performing the same type of work.

Understandably, he is very upset in respect of the different pay for different race. What could Nawaz do? Is there a time limit for him to take legal action? Can he resign during the process? If so, how much notice does he need to give to the Company?
