You are to create a database to store property and sales data for a small central Michigan real

estate company, HSH Realty. HSH specializes in residential property and has branches in three

cities: Clare, Mt$.$ Pleasant, and Alma. Each branch has a manager, licensed real estate agents,

administrative assistants, and paralegals. The administrative assistants and paralegals each

have multiple office$-$related skills.

Each branch maintains a list of properties for sale. Each property for sale has a current owner

who is represented by an agent. Information is stored about each property so that agents can

quickly identify potential homes for their clients. Relevant information about a property

includes: number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, number of floors, total square footage,

year built, price, etc. Clients supply agents with a list of criteria they are looking for in their

$$dream$$ house.

Agents sell properties to clients. Information about each sale is recorded such as date and price

so that trend reports can be generated and for the annual $$salesman of the year$$ award.
