1. Write 2-3 SMART Goals for yourself; be sure they are in correct SMART Goal format.

• Measurable (meaningful, motivating).
• Achievable (agreed, attainable).
• Relevant (reasonable, realistic, and resourced, results-based).
• Time bound (time-based, time limited, time/cost limited, timely, time-sensitive).

EXAMPLE:I will obtain a job as a high school math teacher within three months after graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Education.

EXAMPLE: I will earn a promotion to senior customer service representative by completing the required training modules in three months and applying for the role at the end of next quarter.
