• You work at a local web development firm. You have just wrapped up your latest project and go look to see what new projects interest you in the job queue. There are 3 jobs you can select from:
  • Scenario 1 - Travel Agency: There is a new travel agency that is opening up locally. They have contacted you to design and develop a website for their business's launch. They primarily focus on domestic destinations, but do have a few opportunities in Europe.
  • Scenario 2 - Software Firm: A local mobile app company is trying to broaden their horizons by creating a website to host their new apps and game libraries. They focus primarily in education based games for schools.
  • Scenario 3 - Local Resale Site: A friend of yours wants to begin selling some of the unused items around his house. He needs a website that will allow people to post items to sell as well as let people peruse those items for purchase.

The Request:

• You have been tasked with creating an accessible website for a local business using Bootstrap and good UI/UX.

Requirements and Information:

• Landing/ Main Page

  • Must use Bootstrap

  • Must have a consistent style throughout the site.

  • Must include at least 2 new Bootstrap components, cards, jumbotron, carousel, etc.

• Information Page

  • The information page should display content about the specific business.

  • Each site should have at least 3 sample products for the business.

    • Destinations - location, cost, description
    • New Software - cost, release date, cover art
    • Sale Items - location, cost, description, image of the item

• Contact Page

  • There should be a form to collect but not limited to the following information:

    • Send new student data to the server

    • Retrieve student data from the server

    • Clear the data from the text inputs

• Make sure you use good programming practices
