Design the following webpage following the specifications at the bottom and to look EXACTLY like the attatched image:

SPECIFICATIONS:

1. The menu on the right hand side needs to follow these guidelines:

a. When on the home page, the Links on the right should highlight grey when hovered over.

b. When a link is clicked, it should JUMP down to the specified section (IT SHOULD NOT OPEN A DIFFERENT WEBPAGE)

c. An arrow should indicate the section the user is currently viewing (If on the home page, no arrow should be present on any of the menu items, if the user clicks a link then that link should now have an arrow next to it, if the user scrolls down to a section the arrow should pop up next to the section they are viewing)

2. All text should be copy/pasteable in the final page (this means DO NOT TURN TEXT INTO IMAGES, it should be changeable in the sourcecode)

THE QUESTION IS ANSWERED CORRECTLY IF IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE SHOWN AND CAN PASS THESE TEST SCENARIOS

Test 1: User opens webpage-> Moves cursor over "ATELIER"-> "ATELIER" is highlighted grey -> User clicks "ATELIER" -> Web page jumps down to "ATELIER" section -> "ATELIER" now has an arrow pointing to it-> User clicks on "Firme" -> Jumps back to Top of the webPage -> "ATELIER

Test 2: User opens webpage-> User scrolls down to "ATELIER" Section -> "ATELIER" Section now has an arrow next to it

The web page should be able to jump farther down like the rest of the links suggest, but for now the rest of the links can be left alone. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE WEBPAGE LOOKS EXACTLY AS PICTURED AND FUNCTIONS AS SPECIFIED
