After reading the articles in this module, I would like each of you to carefully and thoughtfully discuss at least 1 major and unique learning point from EACH of the articles. This should be a thoughtful, carefully written description and comments on what you learned from at least three of the articles. The best learning point would tie a current/future trend together across all three articles! You should make a contribution of at least 300 words (3 - 5 good paragraphs) and they should go beyond what the articles state - in other words, there should be some of your own thinking too. For example, do you agree with the authors' view of current/future trends based on your own experience as a manager or HR professional.

In addition, feel free to speak to other trends in the field of HRM that are not discussed in the article but you think are important, or trends you have seen in the organization where you work. (You will only be able to see others' first posts once you post your own.) What ideas in the articles can you apply to an organization you know about? What idea might cause you as an HR manager to implement something important for your firm's effectiveness?
