"A New Development Model for a 'Full' World" by R. Costanza

Robert Costanza contends we need a new development model because we now have a world "full" of people, and their built structures. This requires both a new vision of what the economy is and what it is for, proper and comprehensive accounting of real assets and new institutions that use the marketing its proper role of servant rather than master.
