HUMA 76: PRESENTATION ASSIGNMENT individual behavior, organizational culture & performance

OBJECTIVE:You will examine individual behaviors, organizational culture and how they affect performance in organizations by describing theories and processes you have learned (e.g., personality traits, etc.) and how work attitudes and values affect job performance and satisfaction.

ACTION REQUIRED: You will do a presentation of maximum 2 minutes on above topic by addressing the following questions in particular:

1. Reflect and discuss the time when you worked (part-time or full-time) with an employer what was your job responsibilities.
2. Discuss what you experienced at your job touching base on the organizational culture and behavior and some of the above theories learned.
3. Discuss at least three types of individual behavior you experienced.
4. Based on your experience, how would you describe the type of organizational culture that existed.
5. Do you think the organization was stable and efficient why or why not?
