Human Cloning Cloning has been used to clone tissue, organs and even a sheep. Cloning a human
Question:
Human Cloning
Cloning has been used to clone tissue, organs and even a sheep. Cloning a human being however has caused a lot of controversy. I am going to write a research paper answering the fallowing questions. How close are we to human cloning? Is it already possible? If or when is it possible should we do it? Why or why not? My hypothesis is that cloning a full human being will and should not be expected in the future but the cloning of large body parts will be a norm in the medical field .First, I will define cloning, and walk you through the process. Then, I will touch on cloning human organs, and the research that has been done for future application. Next, I will discuss the fear that the research, and knowledge that is obtained, may be abused. I will also include the possible benefits to health and research that are applicable .In this topic I will get into questions like: how much cloning is socially acceptable? Would clones be considered people? Why or why not? How would society react to clones? Lastly, I will explain the different religious views on cloning. I will conclude by stating whether or not cloning can and should be expected to be in our future.
