BASED ON CANVA ( TRAINING ON HOW TO USE CANVA)

Purpose: The purpose of this presentation is to develop a Training program for a specific type of job for a specific company.

2. Required:

1. In a group, design a TRAINING PROGRAM. For example, for the Human Resource department, the training program can be How to conduct interview.
2. Set objectives for the programme, design the content, and conduct the training program for your audience (your course mate)
3. Prepare a 10-minutes presentation using ppt slides, videos are any other relevant or suitable material.
4. The Training program must have the following content.
   1. An outline of the training, (2 Marks)
   2. Background of the company and the Jobs main duties and responsibilities (5 Marks)
   3. The content (Specifics on what to teach, methods used). (10 Marks)
   4. Ability to answer questions from the audience (3 Marks)
