Final Project

Each group should choose an organization they have access to its data, then select a title in a profession to work on it$.$ Your project must include the following:

$1.$ Write a competency job profile for your job that requires exceptional performance $($team works$)$ that fits to become the guideline for recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and developing employees.

$2.$ Develop a $3-$year forecast of occupational market conditions for your occupation. Bring several classified and display ads from the Web or the help wanted ads. Analyze the effectiveness of these ads using the guidelines discussed in the lecture.

$3.$ develop a list of specific selection techniques that you would suggest using to hire the next occupations for your chosen title. Explain why you chose each selection technique.

$4.$ Prepare an interview $($including a sequence of at least $10$ questions$)$ you$$ll use to interview candidates for the job.

$5.$A well$-$thought$-$out orientation program is essential for all new employees, whether they have experience or not.$$ Explain how you would execute an orientation program for them.

$6.$ You$$re the supervisor of a group of employees of the chosen title, and you find that quality is not what it should be$.$ Explain how you would go about assessing whether it is in fact a training problem. Design a training process for them
