required: The student must prepare an integrated human resource management plan for a new factory for the Al Suwaidi Foundation and appoint about 1,800 workers and administrative staff distributed over the administrative headquarters, the factory and (12) outlets for sale. And distribution of the company's products in Algeria. The factory contains (14) production lines to manufacture a variety of electric cables, smart meters, supplies for power stations, water desalination, turbines... The company's human resource management plan includes the following:

• Designing job description cards for the most important departments of the new branch.
• Preparing different models for evaluating the different jobs in the new branch.
• Preparing and designing the general structure of wages and salaries in the new branch.
