Human resources professionals must continually upskill and reskill their own abilities to meet the changing demands of the workforce in an ever-evolving field. To prepare for the future workforce, HR professionals can draw on a variety of resources and tools, from training courses to reading about current trends. This class has been very helpful in teaching human resource functions. I have learned a lot about employee benefits, performance reviews, and talent retention. These topics have been the most valuable. They will help me in my future career as a human resource manager. I look forward to being a part of an employee's career growth and development. The current trend in the HR field that I believe may be the most challenging for me personally would be navigating remote work. This is very popular and tough to establish performance metrics remotely. However, it is important to be able to do so because remote work is highly sought after.
