Instructions:

Register in a group using the groups tool in LEARN.

Complete your assignment using Microsoft Word.

Refer to the sample job description and specification in your textbook, pages 67 and 68 for format.

Prepare a simple job description and job specification document with the following components:

Include a 4-6 sentence overview of the position under position title of the job description heading.

List 8 task/duties/responsibilities of the position (TDRs) - under Main Duties of the job description.

List 8 competencies (KSAOs) for the position under Job Specification heading.

Indicate the type of organization/industry the job description and job specification would pertain to.

Your assignment must be uploaded to the Dropbox by the deadline. Only one assignment is to be submitted on behalf of each group, ensure all group members names are noted on the assignment.
