Hyperledger Sawtooth uses PoET as the consensus algorithm. Consider a blockchain

system built on the Hyperledger framework. The high level Proof of Elapsed Time strategy is as

follows. Fill in the blanks.

$1.$Each participant in the blockchain network waits a $\_\_\_\_\_$ amount of time.

However, these steps work only if the following two requirements are verified.
