Hypo Larry Styles is a junior at West Phoenix High School, a public high school in Phoenix, AZ. Recently, Larry was suspended from school after a teacher on campus, Mr. Pine, reported him for drug use on campus. Larry feels that Mr. Pine is out to get him and says that Mr. Pine once told him \"I will make sure you will only go in one direction down.\" On the day in question, Mr. Pine reported to the school principal that he heard Larry say that he loves to eat watermelon as the sugar content always \"gets him high" and that he's an addict who could \"never go without." With this information, the principal called Larry into his office and informed him that he was immediately suspended for two weeks. Larry claims that he has never used drugs and was merely commenting on a sugar rush. He feels that this suspension violates his due process rights and comes to your office wanting to know if he should challenge his suspension in court
