During my time in ADMN$1340,$ there were a lot of things I got to take away from this course. At the beginning of this school year, I assumed my job prospects would be limited to family doctor offices, hospitals, and walk in clinic atmospheres; I was unaware that my job prospects could also expand to wellness offices in our community. This course has helped me come to realization that I can expand and further my knowledge of other wellness opportunities and prospects. My favourite thing about this course would have to be the dental section, I have always found the field of dentistry fascinating and had no idea I could potentially work in a dental office after graduating. I enjoyed learning how to properly label and identify numbers associated with adult and children$$s teeth. I also enjoyed the job fair discussion board as I was able to learn in more depth about all the various wellness offices there are. If there was one thing, I could change about this course would be to move it to first semester so that I would have been aware of the other potential job markets available to me within completion of this course. My biggest take away from this course is that there does not have to be a limit to my job prospects, I can have the freedom to choose from a variety of opportunities that I was unaware could pertain to my future job search. Also, I will take away the fact that you do not have to work directly in $$health care$$ to make a difference in patients lives, wellness offices can also be very beneficial for people looking for less $$mainstream$$ ways to take control of their health.
