I agree... This course has given me the broadest possible introduction to health office administration techniques in a variety of healthcare areas which include dentistry, optometry, chiropractic and other wellness services. It has been particularly useful by giving practical experiences in these many fields that have helped me acquire hands$-$on skills that are fundamental in effective health office management.

My experience throughout this course included working practically with many types of health offices which has aided my understanding of such fundamentals as insurance processing, maintenance of health and safety standards, diagnostic procedures and excellent client care. This hands$-$on training has not only expanded my knowledge about how things work administratively within the medical field but also made me more adept at finding ways around some of the most difficult challenges associated with different medical theories.

The ability to apply theoretical knowledge practically through real$-$world situations and tasks was a high point for me$.$ Consequently, I can now manage patient records effectively, schedule appointments properly, and liaise with other healthcare providers while adhering to specific requirements in each healthcare setting appropriately.

In future, this exposure will be a strong base for my career in health office administration after taking this course. Moreover, the acquired skills and insights especially regarding customer$-$centered$-$care among others is going to enhance effective contribution of these teams towards improved healthcare support services across different medical settings.
