I agree with the statement from Bititchi because an organization knowing their position in a VUCA world that builds on their culture shows that the company is thriving on all fronts and if the company is strong on their organization capabilities, then they will have a strong performance. In very simple terms, a happy work environment promotes productivity, engagement, and improved employee experience. In contrast, a hostile work environment can affect productivity levels, increase turnover, and leas employees feeling disconnected from their work and workplace. There is a direct correlation with culture and employee engagement. Organization culture is normally defined by leadership team and guzzled by employees. Company A and B both have an effective organizational culture because they are both successful companies that are generating revenue. Both Companies could use some work in their training departments, especially Company B with all their turnover. Company A seems to be more of a luxury company while Company B is more of a value company. Company A seems to have a more older workforce with lacking technology, while Company B lacks structure. It also needs better benefits and training for employees.
