Although the majority of university and college leaders acknowledge the value of the inclusion, equity, and diversity work being done on campus, this does not always imply that the work is being done for the right reasons or producing the desired outcomes. the growth of DEI programs in higher education. Given the diversity and dynamic nature of the workforce, inclusion is crucial. the growing field of diversity work and how it should encourage more daring environments on college campuses.
