I am a support worker for one year with SCSS but sundenly a client moved from one place to another one, all workers had the same amount of shifts except me and when I tell the campany the hardship am going through they will assure me that they are working on it. Being surprised enough they continue hiring other worker who are getting shifts but me no. I recently was allocate one permanent shift with client X which is 3 to 4 hours three days a week which I want to drop because it has become a reason of not giving me good shifts. Please get me a very well structured letter which will allow me be positive and respectful by surrendering this actual shifts
