I am asked to evaluate a report from a data(2018 to 2019) on a mining company. how should i put this in proper writing? and are the following better or worse and why

1. investment income has increased by 43.9%
2. other income has increased by 34.41%
3. 2019 before tax profit is 13.23% less than 2018
4. weighted average of ordinary shares has decreased by -3.76%
5. EPS has decreased by -6.46%

So for all of this is it better or worse than compared to 2018 and why? how should i write it properly to evaluate
