I am currently grappling with significant communication barriers with two of my colleagues who hail from India. Instances have arisen where language nuances and cultural differences have resulted in misunderstandings. My place of work is in a fire and safety industry which is a very sensitive industry and this needs to be tackled and seen through as early as possible. How can I manage this?
