Question: I am having some issues with statistics if anyone could help me figure out how to find the critical value of a two sided tail

I am having some issues with statistics if anyone could help me figure out how to find the critical value of a two sided tail test. If you could help with steps using STATCRUNCH that would be great. Thank you!

the question is Conduct the following test at the alphaequals=0.050.05 level of significance by determining (a) the null and alternative hypotheses, (b) the test statistic, and (c) the critical value. Assume that the samples were obtained independently using simple random sampling. test whether p1 =(with a slash in it) p2. Sample data are x1=28, n1 =254, x2= 38 and n2=301.

a. Determind the null and alternative hypotheses. I know this one which is H0: p1=p2 Versus h1: p1 =(with a slash in it) p2.

b. The test statistic is z0 is -.58. Using stat crunch I went to stat, proportion, two sample, summary entered the data and got my answer of -.58

c. This is the one I keep having issues with Finding the critical values are +- ???? how do I find this using statcrunch.

Thank you for the help!
