You are designing a personal submarine which is formed from a cylinder with two hemispherical caps of $R=0\mathrm{.}75m.$

You would like to put a view port in one of the hemispherical caps which subtends a solid angle of $=45.$ Assume

the pressure at $4000$ m below the surface is $39\mathrm{.}2$ MPa and that the inside of the submarine is pressurized at $1$ atm $.$

Find the net lateral force $F_x$ pushing the viewing portal into the submarine.
