Here is what I got so far for questions A and B
A. A solution is degenerate if there is more than one basic variable with a value of zero. The sensitivity report, in this instance, only has one basic variable with a value of zero and because of this, the solution is not degenerate.
B. A solution is unique if there is only one combination of decision variable values that satisfies all constraints and optimizes the objective function. The sensitivity report has a current solution that is unique since there are no non-zero dual variables for the non-binding constraints.

Use the Sensitivity report posted on Blackboard (similar/same problem from HW2), answer the following questions: a. Is the solution degenerate? (10 points ) b. Is the solution unique? ( 10 points ) c. Explain the signs of the reduced costs for each of the decision variables.
