I am looking for some help,

I have a project where I need to measure the quantity of sugar( glucose) using HPLC with only a UV/VIS detector.

Since the UV/VIS detector can not detect the sugar, I need to take some extra steps.

Any idea what chemicals or techniques I should use?

What would be the steps?
