I am looking to use the solver function in excel but do not know how to use this information I have. The information I have is below.

I have the number of miles between the Universities on the left column, and the 3 hotel locations on the top row. The 3 hotels are all located fairly evenly in the middle of the Universities. I want to use the solver function to determine the best option between the three hotel locations that is going to be the least number of miles and least expensive for all of the University locations. That way, as a University from NorCal traveling to SoCal, I can develop a relationship with the best hotel being that I will be a collegiate team staying in this hotel and can negotiate deals with the best hotel.
