I am making a project about comparing OECD countries according to their hydropower generation's. I will use DEA methods so i will choose some of them as inputs and some of them as outputs. What parameters should i use considering the limited data available that all countries have in the official data banks? $($ I already choose general energy generation and hydropower generation parameters what should i add to them?$)$
