The question would be on the basis of Project/Operations Management.

The Question would consist the following:

-Using the information given, construct a network diagram using AON notation. -Using the information given, calculate the expected time for each of the project activities. -Using the information given, calculate the variance for each of the project activities. -Calculate the completion time for this project. -Identify the activities included on the critical path of this project. -Calculate the probability that the project will be completed in x weeks. -Calculate the probability that the project will be completed before x weeks.

-Cost crashing

-Cost budgeting

The question can be from a case study, book or even self made. But when I try to solve it, the question must represent its answers in a correct and systematic manner
